Where is Port Ferdinand located?
Port Ferdinand is located on the island’s picturesque northwest coast, often referred to by many as the “Platinum Coast”. The resort is a 45 minute drive from the Grantley Adams International Airport, 40 minutes from the south coast, 35 minutes from the capital, Bridgetown, and just north of historic Speightstown.
Where is Saint Peter’s Bay located?

The resort is a 45 minute drive from the Grantley Adams International Airport, 40 minutes from the south coast, 35 minutes from the capital, Bridgetown, and just to the south of historic Speightstown.
What are the passport requirements for traveling to Barbados?
All visitors to Barbados must have a passport and valid return ticket to be permitted entry. The passport must be valid for the duration of your stay here. A child under the age of eighteen (18) traveling without a parent/guardian must have a letter of authorization from the parent/guardian.
Do I need a visa to travel to Barbados?
Most countries do not require a visa to visit Barbados, so please check here to see if one is required of your country.
Do you offer transfers to and from the resorts?

Are taxis readily available on property?
Yes, we have an exclusive fleet of taxis to chauffeur you for your stay.
Do you provide transportation between Port Ferdinand and Saint Peter’s Bay?
Yes, a water taxi is provided on a complimentary basis to transport guests between the two properties. The water-taxi runs each day from 10am to 4pm. Contact the Concierge to arrange a special trip or excursion.
Do you have parking for rental cars?
Yes, there is a designated parking space close to each home.
What is the standard deposit and cancellation policy?

I secured accommodation via another website, can I make changes to my reservation via the resort directly?
No, you will need to contact the site in which you secured the reservation through.
What is the check-in and check-out time for the resort?
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-ins and late check-outs can be requested, however these are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and will incur an additional cost.
Do you have activities for children?
Yes, we have The Pirate’s Den which is an indoor kids’ play area as well as The Buccaneer’s Hideout – outdoor kids’ park. A Kids Centre is located at our sister resort which has scheduled daily activities.
How many restaurants and bars are there on property?
At Port Ferdinand, there are two restaurants: The Quarterdeck Bar & Pizzeria, which serves up quick lunch bites poolside; or 13/59 which is a fine dining restaurant, open nightly for dinner and Sunday Brunch, offering a Caribbean-French fusion menu. Guests at Port Ferdinand can also dine at The Gazebo Bar & Grill, which is open for all day dining at the sister property, St. Peter’s Bay.
